2025년 새해 새날을 기다리며 스페이스로에서는 이지연 작가의 '너머의 너머’ 테이프 드로잉 탁상 달력을 출시했습니다.

24장의 작품이 담긴 이번 달력은 이지연 작가의 드로잉북 [너머의 너머] 180여 장에서 선정하였습니다. 작가는 다음을 궁금해하는 호기심으로 '문'을 그리며 문을 넘나드는 설렘의 마음으로 '길'을 찾고자 합니다. 색 테이프가 색면으로 변화되어 선사하는 장면들은 2025년 하루하루를, 상상을 넘어 희망의 길로 나아가게 할 것입니다.

* 이지연 작가는 청주미술창작스튜디오(2013), 클레이아크김해미술관 세라믹창작센터(2014), 영은미술관 창작스튜디오(2015), 예술지구P(2015-2016)와 GS칼텍스 예울마루 장도창작스튜디오(2020)의 입주작가로 활동하였고, 10여 회의 개인전과 다수의 단체전 외에 어린이미술관 키움의 [솔솔, 색깔바람 2017-2018], 서울상상나라 [Hello! 마음도시 2017-2019], 웃다리문화촌 [심心∙심審∙한 산책 2022] 등 공간에 맞춘 프로젝트 전시에 참여한 바 있습니다. 연산문화창고 생태예술놀이터(2023)와 전주팔복예술공장 예술놀이터(2020)에서 야외설치작품을 볼 수 있습니다.

Space LO is pleased to introduce the LEE Jiyeon's drawing calendar [Beyond the space], which consists of 24 selected from over 180 by LEE’s tape drawings.
 
This calendar which consists of 24 drawings selected 180 works from LEE Jiyeon's drawing book [Beyond the space]. The artist draws a 'door' with curiosity to know what's next, and tries to find a 'way' with the excitement of crossing the door. The scenes presented by colored tapes transformed into color compositions will help us move forward on the path of hope beyond imagination each day of 2025.

* LEE Jiyeon is as an artist-in-residence at Cheongju Art Studio(2013), Ceramic Creative Center at Clayarch Gimhae Museum(2014), The Youngeun Art Studio(2015), Art District P (2015-2016), and GS Caltex Yeulmaru Jangdo Creative Studio(2020), In addition to 10 solo exhibitions and numerous group exhibitions, LEE also participated in project exhibitions such as [Sol-sol, Color of the Wind 2017-2018] Kiwoom Children's Art Museum at Clayarch Gimhae Museum, [Hello! Mind City 2017-2019] Seoul Children’s Museum, & Heart, Heart, Walk 2022] at Utdari Cultural Village. Her outdoor installation works can be seen at Ecological Art Playground at Yeonsan Culture Platform and Art Playground at Factory of Contemporary Arts in Palbok.
